I hope everyone finds what they were meant to do in life. Fortunately, I eventually learned my purpose in life is to empower people. I am an excellent mentor and coach, and I can help managers become better leaders and leaders become better managers. My approach to this is personal and has evolved from my life experiences. I didn’t graduate from Harvard. I wasn’t born rich, and I didn't run a multi-million dollar business. I grew up poor and sheltered. I left and joined the U.S. Army when I was 17. The Army started me on a lifelong mission: to fight for the underdog, to serve my community, and to make a difference. The things I learned there have stuck with me and served me well throughout my life.
Have you figured out your purpose yet?
